Sirpa Lassila

Sirpa Lassila has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sirpa started their career in 2000 as a Daycare Manager at Hämeenkyrö community and worked there until 2003. After that, they worked as a Visa Officer at the Embassy of Finland in Beijing for a year. In 2007, they joined Cybercom Group as an HR Coordinator in Beijing and worked there until 2009. Simultaneously, they also worked as an Admin Advisor at Mylab Oy from 2009 to 2011. Later, they became the General Manager at Beijing CME Creative Mechanics Design Ltd from 2009 to 2013. Thereafter, they worked as the Director at Day Care Touhula/Varhaiskasvatus Touhula Oy from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Director at a Day Care center called Touhula, a position they currently hold. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Educational Operations at HEI Schools from 2017 to 2018.

Sirpa Lassila began their education in 1985 at W.F West high school in Chehalis, USA. Sirpa attended this school until 1986. Following this, from 1987 to 1989, Sirpa enrolled in a Business school, where they focused on marketing. In 1989, they pursued their passion for early childhood education, attending Jyväskylä and obtaining a degree in Kindergarten teaching, which they completed in 1992.
