David Esser

David Esser has extensive experience in operational management within the food, automotive, and FMCG industries. Presently serving as Plant Manager at COROOS Conserven B.V. since June 2015, David oversees production in a highly automated canned food facility. Previously, David held the position of Operations Manager at Nedschroef from February 2012 to May 2015, managing production of fasteners and Nedshapes in the automotive sector. David also worked as Manufacturing Manager for aerosols at SC Johnson Europlant BV between March 2008 and February 2012, where responsibility included overseeing a business unit with five modern production lines. David's career began at Burg Ter Aar BV in September 1993 as Plant Manager and later head of the technical department in a modern bottling plant. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Champion certification, an MBA in Management of Change, and engineering degrees in Technical Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
