Carlos Almarza Parra

Carlos Almarza Parra has a diverse work experience spanning several years.

Carlos also has extensive experience in the field of tax advisory and legal services. Carlos worked at EY as a Business Tax Advisory Manager from October 2011 to January 2017, where they specialized in national and international tax & legal advisory, tax litigation & controversy, and corporate secretarial services.

Before joining EY, Carlos worked at KPMG as a Legal Supervisor from June 2008 to October 2011, where they provided national tax advisory services, corporate secretarial services, and handled tax litigation & controversy.

Carlos' earlier experience includes working at GMAC Commercial Finance as a Legal Supervisor in Collections and Repossessed Vehicles from January 2007 to June 2008, where they provided legal advisory services in corporate, banking & financial matters, and handled judicial and extrajudicial collections and repossession procedures.

Carlos also worked at MAPFRE as a Legal Supervisor and Salvages from June 2005 to January 2007, where they provided legal advisory services in corporate and insurance matters, and handled procedures for the recovery, offer, and auction of salvage assets.

Carlos Almarza Parra received their Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Carlos then pursued a Master's Degree in Tax Law (TP) at the same institution, specializing in Derecho financiero y tributario. Carlos completed their Master's Degree from 2008 to 2011.
