Himanshu is responsible for Business Advisory Services and heads the Japan Desk. His responsibilities encompass formulating business strategy and turnkey project management services. With over 15 years of experience in promoting investments into India, Himanshu advises overseas investors on complexities of land acquisitions, factory set-ups, obtaining regulatory approvals, incorporation of legal entities, partner search and distributor search. Assuming a turnkey role, he is often entrusted with setting-up the initial HR and administration of the newly set-up companies in India.

A thorough professional, Himanshu believes in completing assignments in a timely, cost-effective manner while providing a one-stop-shop solution that helps in doing business effectively and seamlessly.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA), Himanshu is an active speaker at national and international fora and regularly contributes white papers on Exchange Control Regulations as well as Corporate and Industrial Laws. He balances his professional life with golf, travelling and reading.
