Heather Anthony

Heather Anthony began her career in workforce solutions in 2007 with Corporate Cost Control, Inc. Her enthusiasm for knowledge resulted in Heather quickly moving throughout the organization learning all aspects of unemployment. Heather has handled everything from streamlining our data entry processes, processing unemployment claims and unemployment hearing representation.

In 2008 Jay and Tim Rooney promoted Heather to the Director of Operations. In 2012, CCC determined that Heather’s management abilities and her passion for IT made her unique fit for CCC’s expanding IT department. As Director of IT, Heather’s responsibilities included oversight of all CCC IT team and all of CCC’s corporate infrastructure, claims and tax systems, and client data management functions.

Prior to beginning her tenure with Corporate Cost Control, Heather had a long history in management, beginning in 1999. Heather has specialized in organizations that are both customer-focused and results-oriented. By entrenching herself in learning all aspects of an organization and through Heather’s attention to detail, she is then able to develop and implement procedures and policies that have a positive effect on both the customer and the staff that she is managing.

In 2020, Heather was promoted to Vice President of the CCC IT Department. Heather’s combination of education in the field of computer science, along with her background in management and knowledge of unemployment laws, makes her uniquely qualified to guide the IT department in its mission of remaining focused on the customer first, and finding ways to make technology serve that purpose.
