Hope Silver Galens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, project management, and community outreach. Currently serving as a Partnership Account Executive at CCA Inc. since September 2023, Hope previously held the role of Customer Success Manager-Global at LifeWorks Wellbeing, where strategic lifecycle management of enterprise accounts was emphasized. Hope's earlier experience includes leading customer success initiatives at CHESS Health, project management at Cornell University, and oversight of international student affairs at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
