Cliff Kendel, MBA, CPA has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and development. Cliff is currently a Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates, where they provide advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and capital formation. Cliff previously held roles as a Partner at Star Resort Group, Principal at Integra Realty Partners, and Vice President at Security Capital Strategic Group. Cliff has also served in various leadership positions at Equity Group Investments, Trammell Crow Residential, and LINCOLN INVESTMENTS, where they were responsible for acquisitions, redevelopment, and financial management. Cliff has a strong track record of strategic planning and successful project execution, with involvement in several multi-million dollar real estate transactions.

Cliff Kendel obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance from Duke University. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. Cliff Kendel also holds several additional certifications, including the Series 63 and Series 79 from FINRA, obtained in May 2013 and April 2013 respectively. Cliff also obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Georgia Real Estate Commission and Appraisers Board in May 2005. Furthermore, they are a Certified Public Accountant, although currently inactive, and obtained this certification from the AICPA in November 1981.
