Serge Hancharevich

Serge Hancharevich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, investment advisory, and fundraising. Currently a Member of The Supervisory Board and Co-Founder of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund, Serge supports children who have lost parents due to the war in Ukraine. As Managing Partner and CEO of Capital Times since 2006, expertise lies in M&A support and corporate governance. Additionally, Serge is involved with various organizations, including the Corporate Governance Professional Association as a member of the National Registry of Corporate Directors and as a lecturer. With a strong investment portfolio, Serge is also an investor in SWAG42 and Beesender.
