Ae Rohaelah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, innovation, and mentorship. Currently serving as an Associate Facilitator and Junior Consultant at Corporate Innovation Asia since March 2023, Ae Rohaelah has also held roles as a Board Game Designer with HCR.ID and Chief Executive Officer at PT Arunika Raya Academy. Notable past positions include Associate Learning & Development Manager and Learning and Development Specialist at Ruangguru, along with various mentoring roles in the Kampus Merdeka program. Ae Rohaelah's experience also encompasses leadership roles at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir, and a foundational position as a Customer Care Officer at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk.
