Monika Kothari

Monika Kothari is an experienced recruiter and human resources professional with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Accenture in India since November 2020, Monika is also a Human Resources Executive at Corporate Ladder Consultants Private Limited, where responsibilities include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR interviews. Previously, Monika worked as an Associate at Capstone Corporate Solutions from July 2018 to April 2019. Monika holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounts and Finance from MMK College of Commerce and Economics, completed between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, Monika received foundational education at Apostolic Carmel High School in India.
