John Litz

John Litz has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, property management, engineering, and leadership. John has held various leadership roles in organizations such as COPT Defense Properties, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, United States Department of the Army Staff, US Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, and 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Army. Their roles have ranged from Division Chief to District Commander to Senior Vice President, showcasing their expertise in strategic planning, emergency response, and property management.

John Litz holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (1991-1995), a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University (2003-2004), and a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College (2016-2017). John also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2007.
