Kathy Minnis

Kathy Minnis has extensive experience in business operations and community service. Currently serving as a Business Operations Specialist III at Corporate One Federal Credit Union since September 2014, Kathy has a rich history in various roles. Previously, as a board member of the Julington Creek Community Development District from January 2000 to November 2012, responsibilities included overseeing a $12M recreation facility project, managing an annual budget of $3M, and participating in landscaping contract proposals exceeding $250K. Additional experience includes volunteering with JCP Cares, serving as a Business Analyst at Bank of America from 1997 to 2011, and conducting medical research as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida School of Medicine. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of South Carolina.
