Nicole Galliford (CPHR) has extensive HR experience, having worked in various roles and organizations over the years. Nicole is currently the Head of HR AU/NZ at Corporate Travel Management, where they are responsible for the wellbeing of the workforce and driving employee engagement. Nicole Galliford (CPHR) has a diverse education history. Nicole completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources at the University of South Australia from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) in Financial Planning and Services from TAFE SA between 2006 and 2009. Nicole also holds a Bachelor of Management with a focus on Employee Relations and Marketing from the University of South Australia, which they completed from 1998 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Employee Relations" course through LinkedIn. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself," also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they are a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, having received their certification in February 2020.
