Donald Miller

Donald Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donald started their career in 1994 as a Technical Support Supervisor at Teleshare 900, where they were responsible for the supervision of a technical support team, customer consultation, and new service activation. In 1996, they moved on to United Parcel Service as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on satisfying customers and improving their experience. Donald then joined UTAH POWER as a Customer Service Representative, where they resolved customer inquiries and improved the overall customer experience. In 2003, Donald became a Senior Business Analyst at Primary Intelligence, where they prepared final deliverables on competitive market research projects, consulted with clients, managed projects, conducted data and statistical analysis, and prepared final presentation materials. Currently, Donald is working as a Business Program Analyst at Corporate Visions.

Donald Miller attended Brigham Young University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics.
