Doug has held leadership positions in several organizations, including Corporate Visions, where they served as EVP of Customer Experience, overseeing post-sale teams and ensuring the delivery of science-backed messaging, content, and skills. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Products at Corporate Visions, responsible for creating learning experiences for marketers, sellers, and customer success professionals. Doug also served as the VP of Training Services at Corporate Visions, where they led the global delivery of skills training and helped commercial teams create, elevate, capture, and expand value across the customer deciding journey.
Doug Hutton has also worked at Second Nature as an Advisor, providing go-to-market advisory services for a cutting-edge software company specializing in conversational AI. Additionally, they have had roles at B2B DecisionLabs as a Revenue Advisor and SVP of Products, where they led the commercial build-out of a decision science-based B2B customer research lab.
Earlier in their career, Doug Hutton worked at Mind Gym as the Global Operations Director. Doug also held leadership positions at Second City Works, where they served as Vice President of Operations, leading commercial operations and go-to-market strategy. Doug was also the Director of Solutions Development at Second City Works.
Prior to that, they worked at CEB (now Gartner) in various roles, including Senior Director of Product Development & Management, Senior Director of Solution Development & Innovation, and Director of New Product Development. Doug also served as an Executive Advisor for the Marketing Leadership Council, advising Fortune 500 CMOs on marketing strategy.
Doug Hutton's work experience also includes a fellowship at E.A. Morris Fellowship for Emerging Leaders, where they served as a fellow.
Doug Hutton received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University in the years 2001 to 2005. Doug then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Political Management at The George Washington University from 2005 to 2008.
