Erhan Imamoglu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Erhan started their career at PepsiCo in 1993 as a Business Development Manager, where they developed and delivered sales programs and conducted cost-to-serve projects in multiple countries. Erhan later became a Customer Development Director, working closely with key accounts and implementing a comprehensive sales structure called Territory University. In 2000, they joined Kempinski Hotels as the Revenue & Business Development Director and held this position until 2006.
In 2004, Erhan became the owner of BTO Training & Consulting, where they provided training, consulting, and coaching services in sales, negotiation, facilitation, presentation skills, marketing, and management. Erhan trained over 20 individuals during this time.
In addition to their role at BTO, Erhan also served as the EMEA Distributor for Innovative Learning Solutions, Inc. - Higher Ed Business Simulations starting in 2004.
From 2011 onwards, Erhan worked as a Consultant and Facilitator for Corporate Visions, a sales training company specialized in messaging. Erhan was certified in programs such as Capture Value Skills and Why Stay.
In 2018, Erhan joined RED BEAR Negotiation Company as a Consultant, where they utilized their expertise in negotiations.
Most recently, in 2022, Erhan became a Course Facilitator at ASLAN Training and Development.

Erhan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, graduating in 1990.
