Nikolai Koval-Radley

Nikolai Koval-Radley has a diverse work experience spanning various consulting and leadership roles. Nikolai is the Founder and Managing Director of Business Bodhi, a company they established in 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Leadership Architect and Facilitator at Potential Project, a global research and consulting firm, where they supported leaders in creating calmer minds, facilitating inner game and vertical leadership development, and fostering more compassionate workplaces.

Nikolai also worked as a Consultant and Facilitator at Corporate Visions, starting in 2021, and as a Facilitator and Speaker at NeuroLeadership Institute, beginning in 2023. Additionally, they served as the Commercial Director at The Smarty Train from 2019 to 2021, overseeing growth and leading commercial strategy, sales, and marketing for the organization.

In their previous roles at Mind Gym, Nikolai held the position of Director in the Financial Services Practice from 2017 to 2019, and earlier, they headed up the Middle Market Practice in EMEA and APAC from 2010 to 2017. Nikolai was responsible for managing client relationships and engagements.

Prior to these roles, Nikolai worked as the Business Development Lead at LexisNexis in 2008 and as an Associate Director and Associate/Senior Associate at Corporate Executive Board from 2006 to 2008. At Corporate Executive Board, they were a growth leader for the Finance Practice programs, partnering with blue-chip clients across industries in the UK and Nordic markets.

Nikolai Koval-Radley completed their education history as follows:

From 1997 to 2003, they attended Colchester Royal Grammar School but did not obtain any specific degree or field of study during this period.

In 2003, they enrolled at the University of Cambridge, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Geography, completing their studies in 2006.

In 2009, they attended SOAS University of London and earned another Master of Arts (MA) degree, this time in Buddhist Studies, which they completed in 2010.

Apart from their formal education, Nikolai also obtained additional certifications. In April 2018, they became a Certified Coach through MindGym. In October 2021, they became a Certified Leadership Facilitator through Potential Project. In November 2021, they attained a Certified Coach certification through Corporate Visions.

Looking ahead, Nikolai is currently enrolled in Co-Active Coach Training at the Co-Active Training Institute and is expected to obtain ICF ACC & CPCC Certification pending in March 2023. Nikolai also completed the Co-Active Coaching - Fundamentals program in March 2023.
