M R

M R has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. M started their career at Caudwell Group in 2002 as the Head of Information Technology, specializing in mobile technology services. In 2005, they founded their own company called MRS Ltd, where they served as the Director and Owner, focusing on Organizational Change Management services. After seven years, they joined Etihad in 2012 as an IT Delivery Manager, leading digital and e-commerce programs and projects. In 2017, they moved to Corporater, serving as the Project/Consulting Director for the Middle East market. M later became the Product Director Portfolio & Project Management for the Middle East, UK, Asia, and Africa markets, overseeing the commercial ownership and channel partner development of the PPM proposition.

M R's education history begins in 1990 when they enrolled at Stoke-On_Trent College to pursue a National Diploma in Business & Finance. They completed this program in 1992. The following year, in 1993, M R attended the University of Lincoln and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Continuing their education, M R pursued a Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance at Hull College from 1992 to 1994. M R then took a break from their studies until 1997 when they enrolled at Staffordshire University to pursue a Master's degree in Computing Science, which they completed in 1999. After a brief gap, M R attended various certification programs. In 2005, they obtained the Foundation level certification in ITIL Service Management from ITIL. That same year, M R also received the Prince2 Practitioner certification in Project Management. In 2006, they completed a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, specializing in Agile Scrum.
