Mr. Fay is Chairman and Co-founder of Commonwealth Hotels, LLC. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in opening, acquiring, managing, re-positioning, renovating and re-branding full-service and select service hotels, Mr. Fay provides unparalleled operational insight. During his career, Mr. Fay has managed in excess of 7,000 hotel rooms for a variety of owners, including privately-held and publicly-traded companies. Mr. Fay has a demonstrated ability to exceed gross operating profit margins relative to industry averages, through intense focus on sales & marketing, food & beverage and financial controls. Mr. Fay is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
