Miguel Silva

Miguel Silva is the current MD of CorPower Portugal. Before that, they worked as the rotorblade plant manager at ENERCON from July 2017 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were the nacelle and hub final assembly manager at Senvion from July 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as the operations manager: nacelle and hub final assembly at REpower Systems from January 2013 to June 2015. Miguel began their career as the head of production at Ventipower S.A. from September 2009 to December 2012.

Miguel Silva is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Universidade do Minho. Miguel also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from CLT Valuebased Services and an Executive MBA in Operations Management from the same school. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration from Universidade Fernando Pessoa and a degree in Project Management from Porto Business School. Their undergraduate degree is in Mathematics from Universidade de Aveiro.
