Garrett Mason has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Garrett is currently serving as the Chief Training Officer at CorpsAfrica since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Innovation Manager at Pact from March 2018 to February 2022. Garrett also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the Colorado School of Mines from January 2021 to December 2021. Garrett has been associated with CorpsAfrica previously as well, where they worked as a Human-Centered Design Facilitator & Training Consultant from September 2014 to December 2021. Garrett also worked at Leadership + Design as an Experience Designer & Design Thinking Trainer from March 2014 to October 2018. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) from June 2004 to July 2005.

Garrett Mason's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Philosophy from Colgate University. Garrett also pursued studies in Educational Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Furthermore, Garrett has engaged in coursework at the MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Leading Organizations and Change.
