Humberto Manuel Vargas Espinoza

Humberto Manuel Vargas Espinoza has extensive experience in the postal and logistics sector, currently serving as a Técnico Especialista and Administrator at Correos de Costa Rica since November 2002 and October 2002, respectively. Prior to this, Humberto worked at KAESO from January 1993 to November 2000 in a casino-related role. Humberto holds a BACHILLER degree in Negocios Internacionales from UMCA, attained between 2003 and 2008.
