Joseph Galko, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP has extensive experience in the field of professional services and project management. Joseph is currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at CORRIDOR Aviation Service Software / Continuum Applied Technology since March 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Professional Services at Bamboo Rose from April 2017 to November 2018. Joseph also worked as a Professional Services Manager - Contractor at NCR Corporation from October 2016 to March 2017.

From July 2013 to August 2016, Joseph served as the Director of Professional Services - Enterprise Software at Compeat Restaurant Management Systems. In this role, they collaborated with sales team members to develop consulting engagement plans for ERP software implementations. Joseph also managed and built a consulting team by providing mentoring and coaching throughout the project delivery cycle.

Joseph's previous experience includes working as an Enterprise Solution Architect/Implementation/Project Manager in the APAC region at JDA Software from April 2010 to June 2013. Joseph also worked as an Implementation/Project Manager while being self-employed from December 2004 to March 2010. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Analyst at Radiant Systems from May 2002 to December 2004. Joseph started their career as a Systems Analyst at Procter & Gamble in June 2001.

Joseph first attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian/Slavic Studies.

Following their undergraduate studies, Joseph pursued further education at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they completed their MBA with a focus on IT and International Business.

In addition to their degrees, Joseph Galko has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Joseph is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute since July 2011. Furthermore, in April 2017, they earned the Project Management Institute's Agile Certified Practitioner designation.
