Brent Conklin

Brent Conklin has a diverse work experience in the field of talent management and recruitment. Brent began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Abacus Inc. in 2001 and worked there until 2005. Brent then joined Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, where they held various roles including HR Specialist/Implementation Analyst, Yoh Team Leader, Operations Leader, and eventually became the Director of RPO Operations. In 2013, they joined Comcast as a Senior Talent Consultant and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Shorr Packaging Corp. as a Talent Management Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruiting and Talent Development at Corrugated Supplies Company, starting from 2022.

Brent Conklin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Hope College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Brent has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Brent obtained the Individual Directions Inventory (IDI) certification from MRG (Management Research Group) in May 2021. Prior to that, in November 2020, they earned the Sales Performance Assessment (SPA) certification from the same institution. In May 2019, Brent completed the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360 certification, also offered by MRG. Additionally, in January 2019, they received certification in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) from Kilmann Diagnostics.
