Cassi Malone

Cassi Malone has a diverse work experience. Cassi began their career in 2009 at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports as a Customer Service Manager and later moved up to become the Marketing/Event Coordinator & Director of Memberships. In 2012, they joined Top It Off Hat Company as a Sales and Marketing Representative. In 2013, they started working at Corrugated Supplies Company, where they held various positions including Strategic Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience. Alongside their corporate roles, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Robert Morris University - Illinois, teaching in the School of Business from 2012 to 2018.

Cassi Malone earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Robert Morris University - Illinois in 2009. From 2008 to 2011, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution.
