Margot Rodelli

Margot Rodelli serves as the HR Director and Government Sales Manager at Corsair Electrical Connectors, Inc. since March 2012, with responsibilities that include acting as Safety Director, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing hiring and firing, developing company policies, conducting AS9100 training and internal audits, and handling all DLA activities from locating solicitations to shipping. Prior to this role, Margot was a CPR and First Aid Instructor at EMS Safety Services from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities included editing instructional materials and sales. Margot holds an EMT IV degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Colorado Mountain College and attended BCC Washington from 1987 to 1989.
