Cecilia Chen

Cecilia Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Cecilia started their career at Cooper Electronics as a Project Management Coordinator, where they handled daily communication with customers, coordinated with various departments, and ensured on-time delivery. Cecilia then joined TDK as a Customer Service Officer, where they focused on forecast collection, capacity booking, and achieving sales targets. Next, they joined Foxconn as an EM Sourcing Section Manager, responsible for supplier categorization, sourcing strategy, and negotiation. Cecilia also served as a Program Sourcer, managing BOM costs and supplier performance for Nokia CDMA ODM projects. At Jawbone, Cecilia worked as a Senior Material Specialist, overseeing material readiness and cost management for speakers and wearable bands. Currently, they are employed at Corsair as a Global Sourcing Manager, where they manage CM partners, negotiates purchasing agreements, and drives project transition. Their expertise lies in technology, quality control, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

Cecilia Chen attended Central China Normal University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Trade. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a certification in CPSM from ISM - St. Louis, Inc. (Institute for Supply Management) in July 2018.
