Sally A. Erickson

Sally A. Erickson, MBA has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sally A. is currently serving as the EVP Chief Financial Officer at Corsicana Mattress Company since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC for six years from 2015 to 2021, holding the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Controller / Assistant Secretary / Treasurer. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all corporate internal and external financial reporting, internal controls activities, and coordinating annual audits.

From 2019 to 2021, Sally served as the President of Serta and also held the role of Board Member from 2015 to 2021. Sally A. played a key role in providing operating support to the business units, including strategy, decision support, back-office support, and M&A analysis.

Before their time at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, Sally worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, where they provided financial guidance and strategic planning for institutional operations. Sally A. oversaw all financial controls and reporting, including treasury, tax, budgeting, cash management, cost accounting, A/P and A/R, general ledger, and payroll.

Prior to that, Sally held various finance positions at Sealy from 1996 to 2013, including Vice President of Specialty Bedding Finance, Global Vice President of Field Finance, Vice President, Finance / Corporate Controller, Vice President, Finance International, Regional Vice President of Finance, and Regional Controller.

Sally A. started their career at Emerson Climate Technologies in 1994 as the Divisional Operations Financial Manager and worked there until 1996. Before Emerson, Sally worked at Bosch as the Controller - Plant and Reporting from 1989 to 1994.
