Doug O'Tool

Doug O'Tool, CSSBB, serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Cortec Group since April 2022. Previously, Doug O'Tool held various roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from November 2007 to April 2022, including Global Continuous Improvement Champion, where accountability extended to over 42 manufacturing factories globally, achieving substantial savings exceeding $220 million. Prior roles included Regional Business Process Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, focused on optimizing productivity and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Doug O'Tool's earlier experience includes positions at Plastic Omnium and GST AutoLeather, where significant contributions were made in project engineering and continuous improvement. Doug O'Tool earned a B.S. Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Northern Michigan University in 2003.
