Cesar Andreu has over 30 years of diverse work experience. Cesar started their career at Cancio, Nadal, Rivera & Díaz P.S.C. as a Partner/Associate, where they handled complex civil and commercial cases. Cesar then founded Andreu & Andreu Law Offices, where they managed a successful practice covering a wide range of legal matters. Cesar later joined the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration as Deputy Director/General Counsel, where they played a key role in meeting fiscal requirements and drafted essential documents. Cesar then worked at Paradyme Management Inc. as a Contracts Manager, responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts. Currently, Cesar is the Director of Contracts at DecisionPoint Corporation, where they strengthened the contracts infrastructure and managed prime federal contracts and subcontracts.
Cesar Andreu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Marquette University, during the period of 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Inter American University School of Law from 1987 to 1991. Prior to these higher education pursuits, Cesar Andreu attended Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola, although specific years of attendance and the field of study were not provided.
