Amadeu Obach Cortadellas has extensive experience in customer success and technical support roles across various companies. At We Are CORTEX, Amadeu has held positions including Customer Success Manager, Principal Automation Consultant, and Technical Account Manager since February 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Support Manager at Innovise IES from January 2010 to July 2017, overseeing a support team and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting SLAs. Amadeu began a career at Pivetal from April 2002 to 2010 as a Technical Support Manager and Analyst/Developer Engineer, where responsibilities included managing support operations and creating telecom solutions. Initial experience includes positions as Operations Analyst at ALG and Computer Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems, where Amadeu conducted Y2K effect analysis. Amadeu holds an Engineer's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull, completed in June 1998.
