Aastha Juneja

Aastha Juneja has a strong background in compensation, benefits, and HR reporting. Aastha currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Corus Entertainment since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Corus Entertainment from October 2021 to February 2022, and as a Manager of Compensation & HR Reporting from March 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Corus Entertainment, Aastha worked at Cipla as the Lead of Organization Development, Performance & Rewards from November 2017 to September 2019. Aastha also held the position of Head of Rewards & Talent Management at Indus Towers Limited from September 2011 to November 2017. Aastha started their career at Wipro Limited as an Assistant Manager of HR Business Partner from June 2009 to September 2011. Aastha gained early experience through a summer internship at Nestle in 2008.
