Marshall has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of South Florida. Marshall is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a certified scrum master.

Marshall has extensive experience in data warehousing, data mining, data modeling, business process improvement, and software development. Marshall has worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
