Ole Jacob Irgens

Ole Jacob joined Corvus Energy in May 2022 and is currently in the position of EVP Customer Facing Business Unit. In this role, he is globally responsible for all sales, marketing, aftermarket, and customer engagement strategies for Corvus. Previously, Ole Jacob served more than 25 years in the Marine Industries working in various positions for major OEMs such as Ulstein, Rolls-Royce, and ABB. His last role before joining Corvus was global responsibility for the ABB Azipod product line., the market leader in electrical podded propulsion systems.

Ole Jacob has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is presently based in Houston Texas and is a dual Norwegian and American citizen.
