Katherine Lennon

Katherine Lennon currently serves as Global Studio Manager at CoSA VFX, where responsibilities include overseeing business and support services for studios worldwide since August 2015. Previously, Katherine held the position of Human Resources Professional/Office Manager at Actors Equity Association from August 2012 to August 2015, managing employee relations and recruitment for the Western region. Experience also includes a role as Assistant Director-Marketing for the Distinguished Lecture Series at Wisconsin Union, where strategic marketing plans and community engagement initiatives were developed. Earlier, Katherine worked at Iconica in Human Resources, focusing on employee benefits and conducting HR audits. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Insurance, and Risk Management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
