Ganesh Pillarisetti

Ganesh Pillarisetti has over 19 years of work experience in various leadership roles in information technology. Ganesh is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2022.

Before their current role, Ganesh worked at Bracco from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of Director of ITS Americas. In this role, they were responsible for technological upgrades, cloud migration, and M&A integration. Ganesh successfully implemented global SAP rollouts and insourced business processes, leading to bottom-line improvements. Ganesh also played a key role in enhancing day-to-day business systems across finance, operations, quality, warehouse, and manufacturing. Ganesh spearheaded the transition of all global data centers onto the cloud and led the Digital Initiative project, conducting extensive platform analysis and gathering insights from the business and customers.

Prior to that, Ganesh worked at Bracco Diagnostics from 2008 to 2017. During this time, they held two different roles. As an Associate Director, they focused on global software implementation, worldwide shared services, and process efficiency. Ganesh established a regional competence center and managed shared services for regional HQ entities, without compromising on service quality. Ganesh achieved exceptional ROI by insourcing the order-to-cash process and implemented various software solutions to streamline processes.

Before their role as an Associate Director, Ganesh served as a Manager of Enterprise Applications at Bracco Diagnostics from 2008 to 2012. Ganesh was recruited to improve organizational agility, scalability, and market entry capabilities. Ganesh successfully realized the strategic corporate vision of standardized and integrated processes.

Prior to joining Bracco, Ganesh worked at Covance from 2005 to 2008 as a Senior Consultant, focusing on strategy and transformation. Ganesh played a crucial role in strategizing the global transformation of the financial management system and integrating newly acquired businesses into existing applications.

Ganesh started their career at The Hartford in 2004 as a Sr. Functional Consultant, responsible for legacy application transformation and archive. Ganesh successfully transformed legacy applications into Peoplesoft and exceeded expectations, leading to an exemption from the company's 18-month contract policy.

Before joining The Hartford, Ganesh worked at NEXTEL from 2003 to 2004 as a Lead Techno-Functional Consultant. Ganesh led the financial reporting transformation into Peoplesoft and designed optimized reporting templates based on business user needs.

Ganesh Pillarisetti holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Eastern Michigan University. Ganesh also has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Bangalore University. In terms of additional certifications, Ganesh has completed the "Mastering Negotiations" course at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020. Ganesh is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
