Leonard Riccardi

Leonard Riccardi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. In 1988, they worked as an Auditor at KPMG for two years. From 1990 to 1998, they held various positions at Castrol North America, including Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst, Assistant Manager Operations, and Business Analyst. During their time at Castrol, Leonard successfully managed and implemented the JD Edwards ERP system, which led to their promotion as a Business Analyst.

Leonard joined NRG Energy in 2016 as the Controller for Residential Solar Solutions. Their responsibilities included managing accounting and FP&A staff, enforcing control environment policies, and establishing a flexible financial reporting structure.

From 2017 to 2019, Leonard worked as the Site Controller at Cambrex, where they oversaw financial accounting and reporting, internal financial controls, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Additionally, they led and managed the activities of the finance department, ensuring efficient business processes and accurate general ledger maintenance.

Leonard's most recent work experience is at Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they hold the position of A.V.P. Controller since September 2019. Further details about their role are not provided.
