Matt VanderLaan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matt started their career at Best Buy as an Automotive Technician, specializing in installing 12 volt electronics. Matt then interned as a Packaging Engineer at Stryker Instruments, where they focused on improving operational efficiency and performing validation testing for new packaging. Matt also worked as a Packaging Engineer Co-op at Kimberly-Clark, managing packaging projects and conducting pilot plant tests. Matt later joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Packaging Engineer Co-op, following regulatory requirements and presenting findings to cross-functional teams. Matt then worked as an Engineer at Matrix Technologies, providing automation integration consulting services across different industries. Matt further gained experience as a Packaging Engineer at Perrigo Company plc, working on challenges and experiences within the packaging engineering group. Before joining Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Packaging Engineer, Matt worked at G&W Laboratories, where they developed and managed all packaging for the company's products. Matt'srole at Cosette Pharmaceuticals involved leading the packaging tech transfer and contributing to the company's growth through R&D projects and new product acquisitions.
