Agnes van der Wel

Agnes van der Wel is an experienced program manager specializing in innovation, currently working at Oosterlengte since May 2023. Simultaneously, Agnes has been a leader at Cosis since January 2020, overseeing day activities and learning, while also serving as the project leader for the Cosis smokefree initiative. Having a long tenure at NOVO since January 2007, Agnes has held various positions including zorgposthoofd across multiple locations and has been responsible for managing residential and day activity facilities. Previous experience includes roles as zorgcoordinator at de Trans from December 2001 to April 2007. Agnes holds a Master’s degree in Healthy Ageing from Hanze (2020-2022) and various other qualifications in innovation, business development, and lean consultancy.
