Dr. Dominika Andrys

Dr. Dominika Andrys holds extensive experience in the cosmetic and personal care industry, currently serving as the New Product Development & Quality Assurance Manager at Nutrimetics since September 2021 and as a Formulation Expert for Cosmetics New Zealand. Dr. Andrys has been an Expert Evaluator for various institutions including the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 program and Polish agencies since 2018. As a Consultant Cosmetic Chemist for Beauty Brand Formula, Dr. Andrys specializes in formulating and troubleshooting a wide range of cosmetic products. Prior roles include NPD Manager at Pauling Industries and Senior Research & Formulation Scientist at Regenics AS. Dr. Andrys earned a PhD in Biotechnology and has also lectured on cosmetic chemistry. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Biotechnology and postgraduate studies in Cosmetic Chemistry.
