Kim Helmig

Kim Helmig has worked for several companies in different roles. Kim started their career at the University of Twente, where they worked as a Studyinformationcenter and later as a Marketing Assistant/Project Manager. Kim then joined GE as a Recruiting Specialist before moving on to Caterpillar Inc., where they worked as an HR Manager for the EAME region. Most recently, they have been working at COSMO CONSULT as an HR Lead for the DACH region.

Kim Helmig has a diverse education history. They started by completing their Abitur at Adalbert-Stifter Gymnasium in Castrop-Rauxel from 1996 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a BSc in Educational Design & Management & Media at the University of Twente from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they also completed a Minor in Psychology in 2008. Following their bachelor's degree, they obtained a Premaster degree in Business Administration from the University of Twente in 2009. They then continued their education and completed a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration and Management, General from Universiteit Twente from 2005 to 2010. Finally, they furthered their studies by completing an MSc in Business Administration at the University of Twente from 2010 to 2011.
