Rob Haest

Rob Haest is an experienced professional currently serving as Teamlead of the Estimating & Validation Competence Center at Cleopatra Enterprise since September 2015. Responsibilities include coordinating and planning a team of cost estimators, engaging in sales activities, improving work processes and cost data quality, facilitating knowledge sharing, and reporting to the management team. Previously, Rob worked as a Certified Cost Engineer, where project cost estimates were developed for various project life cycle phases. Rob also gained experience at Delft University of Technology as a Teaching Assistant for first-year mechanics courses and held the position of Technical/Commercial Assistant at Axxiflex Turbine Tools B.V., focusing on administrative and quality assurance tasks. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and certification as a Cost Engineer from the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers.
