Christopher began their career in 1996 as a Process & Project Engineer (Co-op) at 3M. From 2000-2005, they were a Sr. Process & Project Engineer at 3M Pharmaceuticals & Drug Delivery Systems. From 2005-2008, they were a Principal Process & Project Engineer at Novo Nordisk. From 2008-2012, they were a Process & Project Manager at Genentech. From 2012-2018, they were a Project Engineering Manager at Shire. From 2018-2019, they were a Sr. Project Manager II at B. Braun Medical. From 2019-2021, they were a Sr. Program Manager, PMO, Growth Mindset for Investment (GMI) & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Director of Engineering & Facilities and Construction Management at Abbott. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering & Facilities and Construction Management at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC.
Christopher Deitz received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Masters in Engineering in Mechanical & Pharmaceutical Process Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
