David Delamar

David DeLamar is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in coordinating cost segregation projects at CSSI - Cost Segregation Services, Inc., where David serves as a National Representative and Area Manager. An inductee of the CSSI President's Circle, David has been invited to speak as an expert at various prestigious organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and multiple Texas Society of CPA chapters. Prior to CSSI, David owned DeLamar Properties from April 1994 to July 2006 and served as a franchisee for Merry Maids from April 1987 to April 1994. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
