Stephen Waters

Stephen Waters currently serves as the Director of Marketing and the Director of Recruiting and Development at CSSI - Cost Segregation Services, LLC since February 2023. Previously, Stephen held the position of Managing Director at Baton Rouge Management, LLC from January 2000 to March 2023. At National Pension Corporation, LLC, from November 2013 to October 2018, Stephen focused on educating financial professionals and attorneys on ERISA guidelines for tax-free movements of 401k funds. Additionally, Stephen was a Senior Consultant at the Louisiana Small Business Development Center from January 2012 to January 2015, where support was provided for small businesses in the Greater Baton Rouge Region. Stephen also worked as a Consultant at Accent Title and Brouillette Law Firm between January 2010 and August 2012, contributing to the realms of mortgage settlement services and legal representation, respectively.
