Caroline Sim

Caroline Sim has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Caroline started their career as a Management Consultant at PwC Consulting in 1996. Caroline then worked as a Functional Consultant at the Home Office from 2006 to 2008. Caroline joined Whitbread PLC Property in 2008 as a Lead Oracle Functional Consultant, where they led several full lifecycle projects and provided support for Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials and Projects systems. In 2015, they became an Integration Lead for Fusion Cloud Transformation Programme at Whitbread Plc, where they played a crucial role in two large Finance Transformation projects. Caroline then worked as a Fusion Functional Consultant at Tesco in 2019 and as an Integration Lead at Costa Coffee in 2019. Currently, they are a Partner at 7FC LLP since 2020.
