Paul Hindson

Paul Hindson is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently, Paul serves as General Manager at Compass Group since June 2016, while also holding a Site Manager position at Costa Coffee since May 2016, where Paul successfully opened a new unit at Poole Hospital and trained a new team. Previous roles include General Manager at IBM for a brief period in 2018, Retail Sales Manager at Elior France from June 2010 to June 2016, and extensive management experience at Abbey Life and JPMorgan Chase. Paul is recognized for enhancing team performance and operational efficiency through effective staffing and training strategies. Paul holds a BTEC degree from Queen Elizabeth School, completed between 1989 and 1993.
