Sadhna Naik

Sadhna Naik is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Senior Procurement Manager at Costa Coffee since April 2023, leading the Food Procurement Team and reporting to the Global Procurement Director. Prior to this role, Sadhna worked as a consultant from September 2022 to March 2023 and took a career break from May to August 2022. Sadhna has a strong background in buying and procurement, having held several key positions, including Senior Buying Manager at Pret A Manger, where responsibility was taken for driving sales and profitability across core categories. Sadhna also worked at Waitrose & Partners, serving as Senior Buyer for Chilled Drinks/Milk, where the development and launch of branded health drinks were spearheaded. Earlier experience includes various roles at Tesco and Safeway Stores Limited, focusing on sourcing strategies, cost-benefit analysis, and managing substantial spend categories.
