Karthik Duraichamy

Karthik Duraichamy is an experienced Chef De Partie currently working at Silversea Cruises since February 2022. With a strong background in pastry and bakery, Karthik has also been employed with Costa Crociere since February 2015, focusing on food bakery and pastry. Additionally, Karthik has served as a demi pastry chef for various companies, including Princess Cruises and Ibero Cruceros, since November 2017. Karthik holds an MBA in Hotel Management and Tourism from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and possesses six years of experience in star hotels and cruise catering.
