Victor Sapienza

Victor Sapienza is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sales and product management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sales Specialist and Future Cruise Consultant at Costa Crociere, Victor contributes to a leading cruise company within the Carnival group. Previously, Victor held multiple roles at Kellogg Company, including Product Manager, where responsibilities included managing the local brand portfolio, budget, and innovation projects. Additionally, Victor began a career in process engineering as an intern at Braskem, the largest petrochemical company in Latin America. Victor holds an MBA in Marketing from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, further enhanced by studies at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
